Can microcement be used outdoors?

Can microcement be applied over existing tiles?

Old ceramic tile is a listed substrate on the Cemher data sheet, and the system is applied to it directly, with no bonding bridge. Microcement, epoxy or tiles: which belongs in a Gulf wet area?

Wet areas in the Gulf are hard on finishes: hard water, aggressive cleaning regimes, air conditioning cycling against humidity, and handovers that never leave enough time for curing.
