How to read this
Three different instruments get confused with one another on submittals, so it is worth being exact about which is which.
An EPD, an Environmental Product Declaration, measures environmental impact across the whole life cycle — carbon, energy, waste, resource depletion. It always requires third-party verification, and it is built on ISO 14025 and EN 15804. It contributes to LEED and Estidama.
An HPD, a Health Product Declaration, is about human health alone: it discloses chemical ingredients and screens them against known hazard lists. It may be self-published, and third-party verification earns more credit. It contributes to LEED, WELL and mindful MATERIALS.
A VOC emission or content test report is neither. It is powerful evidence for indoor-air credits, and we will never present one to you as an EPD or an HPD.
The register
What is held, for which system, issued by whom. Every document listed is free to download from the specification section.
Where a document has lapsed or is a beta instrument, it is flagged here and on the download itself. We would rather you knew before a consultant told you.
What we can issue
- Technical data sheets and safety data sheets for every system
- Health Product Declarations and sustainability data for WELL and mindful MATERIALS
- VOC emission and content reports for LEED, BREEAM and Mostadam indoor-air credits
- BBA Agrément and ISO 9001 / 14001 certificates for the resin bound systems
- Declarations of performance and system test reports
- Completed specification clauses against your finishes schedule
- A ten year warranty covering material and workmanship together
The sustainability case
Six things stack up, and they are the reason these materials appear on giga-project sustainability schedules.
- Low cradle-to-gate carbon — earth systems at 0.048 to 0.068 kg CO2e/kg, A1–A3
- Active carbon re-absorption as lime carbonates over the life of the surface
- Zero to ultra-low VOCs, verified by third-party emission testing
- Euroclass A1 reaction to fire on the mineral systems
- Breathability and moisture buffering — healthier indoor air, less mould risk
- Contribution to LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Estidama and Mostadam submissions
Need a document for a submittal?
Every publishable certificate, data sheet and report is in the specification library, free to download without a form. If what you need is not there, ask — we will tell you whether it exists and who holds it.
