The product

The one product in the Graesan range with a declared A+ indoor air emissions rating. It dries quickly and needs no lengthy airing before a room is re-occupied, which matters on a fit-out programme.

  • Interior wall surfaces
  • Occupied buildings and phased fit-outs
  • Projects with indoor air quality criteria

Substrates

  • Fully cohesive interior substrates
  • Plasterboard, with an insulating primer
  • Tiles, degreased and coated with Primus Aggrappante

Application data

Coverage, thickness, mix and cure, as declared by the manufacturer. Site conditions in the Gulf sit at the top of most of these ranges — allow for it in the programme.

Coverage 8 – 10 m²/L per coat
Protective coat Vetro Opaco diluted at 30%, 15 – 18 m²/L per coat
Application Two coats with a PE 15 roller
Between coats 4 – 6 hours
Dilution Water at 5 – 10% if required by substrate absorption

Where not to use it

The limits are as much a part of the specification as the performance. Everything here is stated on the manufacturer's data sheet.

  • Interior wall surfaces only
  • Dilute with water at 5 – 10% only where substrate absorption requires it
  • 4 – 6 hours between coats
Specification clause

Interior decorative paint: Giorgio Graesan Morbido Tocco in colour [ref], two coats applied with a PE 15 roller at 8–10 m²/L per coat over the primed substrate, with 4–6 hours between coats, to the approved sample panel. Indoor air emissions rated A+. Vetro Opaco protective coat where scheduled.
