The solvent-based sealer for the Cemher systems: a two-component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane with high chemical resistance, in gloss, satin or matt. The recoat window is 4 hours to 3 days — miss it and the surface has to be abraded.

Coverage, thickness, mix and cure, as declared by the manufacturer. Site conditions in the Gulf sit at the top of most of these ranges — allow for it in the programme.

Where not to use it
The limits are as much a part of the specification as the performance. Everything here is stated on the manufacturer's data sheet.
- Solvent-based — specify Aquamax where a water-based sealer is required
- Operating range 12 – 25 °C with relative humidity below 80%
- Minimum application temperature +10 °C
- Do not apply until the finish is below 5% moisture, measured by meter
- Maximum recoat interval 3 days
Sealer: Cemher Maxipur 100% two-component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane in [matt / satin / gloss], applied at 8–9 m²/L in [two] coats to the finish scheduled. Applied only when substrate moisture is below 5% measured by meter, at 12–25 °C and relative humidity below 80%. Recoat interval not less than 4 hours and not more than 3 days.
